43 players returned to the tables last night for the opener of the Bodog Blogger Tournament Series II with special bounty guest player, Eric “Rizen” Lynch.

Final Hand Bodog Blogger Tournament Series October 28, 2008

Poker blogger 23skidoo takes the jackpot in the final hand of "Bodonkey" series opener.

Final Table Players and Payouts

1. 23skidoo - $172.00 + T$109 + $25 casino credit
2. wilwonka - $103.20 + T$75
3. CEMfromMD - $68.80 + T$50
4. Columbo777 - $51.60
5. AskDrL - $34.40
6. raisydaisy22 + T$11 (bubble) + T$75 Bounty on Eric Rizen
7. Newinnov + T$11 (bubble)
8. sTONe10 + T$11 (bubble)

It was any player’s game early into the night, but heading into the final table, poker blogger wilwonka’s monstrous chip lead started to dwindle after doubling up several players when short-handed.

The wonka and fellow poker blogger 23skidoo went heads up. After flopping a deuce against wilwonka’s A5o, 23skidoo nearly took out the wonka, but the wonka fought back by spiking a 5 on the turn and the heads up was back on.

The wonka finally surrendered to the skidoo after raising his A4o into skidoo’s AT. Game over. Poker blogger 23skidoo takes home this weeks jackpot and sits comfortably at first place on the tournament leader board.
